We were contracted by friend, artist, architect and designer Anita Margrill, to fabricate custom, LED illumination for two of her commissioned, public art installations.
Each piece consists of hand crafted, covert, LEDs luminaries, LED assemblies and LED fixtures that boldly accentuate her sculptural work for SF MUNI’s: “3rd Street Light Rail Project” and for several pieces located at Oasis Park in Buenaventura, California.
MUNI’s “Torchere” and Buenaventura’s “Butterfly Cluster”, “Sunshade” and “Trellis Lights” utilize cutting edge material and harness advanced methods of design and fabrication.
