Designed by Bran Ferren of Applied Minds and fabricated by Thomas Ritter of Unicat; the Maximog is the ultimate off road vehicle, used for extreme research. Built on a Mercedes Unimog U90 chassis, the Maximog, is a mobile lab plus expedition vehicle.
Recently on display at the New York Museum of Modern Art; the Maximog is a technology enthusiasts dream. Using sophisticated onboard communication, advanced lighting options and integrated hydraulics for stabilization, we designed customized 24VDC LED lighting to illuminate its outfitted interior.
