We apologize, but we do not offer online ordering. We urge that you contact us before placing your initial order. We pride ourselves in educated product suggestion and technical support and prefer to talk or correspond with you in order to ensure the exact product match.
When placing your order, we will ask for your full name, ship-to address, contact info, UPS delivery choice, and preferred method of payment. Contact us with your questions or with your order ready.
Pricing:
All orders are to be prepaid, term based accounts are subject to approval. Resale, custom and/or quantity based orders, consisting of 10 ore more units, qualify for specialized pricing. Contact us for a competitive price quote. Formalized quotations are provided via email or fax within a 3 day period.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, America Express, personal and business checks, money orders, and EFT’s (electronic fund transfers). Please contact us for bank routing and account information.
Shipping:
We refuse shipments to parties or business located in high risk and/or fraudulent areas. We add an additional shipping charge calculated by weight for materials and handling. UPS is our preferred carrier and offers 1st, 2nd, 3 day air and ground shipping options for domestic and shipments; while UPS standard and expedited is available for most international shipments.
Returns:
Custom orders cannot be returned. We produce what you request; according to your specifications, which makes custom products difficult to resell. All returns or repairs must be approved prior to sending and your return must be received before a replacement is issued. We require that you pay shipping to get the back to us return to us and we will gladly pay to get the package back to you.
Warranty:
LED products and controllers have a limited 2 year warranty covering failure. Our recommended power supplies must be used in any 110/220vac installation. Non functional devices damaged by over voltage are not covered by warranty. All fans are provided with a 1 year, limited warranty. Failure due to improper installation resulting in housing, blade or motor damage is not covered by warranty.
