Our white, warm white, red, green, blue, yellow, full spectrum/RGB and ultraviolet LEDs, in through hole (lamp) and surface mount (smd/smt) packages utilize the absolute finest LED technology available, pioneered developed and manufactured by Japan’s, Nichia Corporation.
We exclusively use Nichia’s ranking and binning system and have the ability to cross reference LEDs, providing a equal or greater substitute based on your LED requirements. LED products, technical information and application data can be found on Nichia’s website.
Quick LED test:
If you have interest in testing the quality of your LEDs, lay a piece of white copy paper on the top of your array and turn it on. You will quickly and accurately be able to visually determine the inconsistencies in color temperature, beam angle and LED output. Inexpensively, poorly manufactured LEDs will vary in die positioning, intensity and color while high quality LEDs, such as those manufactured by Nichia Corporation will have little to unnoticeable variance.
With LEDs you have thousands of options and you get what you pay for. Don't settle for inexpensive, poorly manufactured LED products. Search for products that specifically use high quality Nichia LEDs.
