Term based accounts are subject to negotiation; minimum order quantity required.

Shipping:
We add shipping charges calculated by size and weight for materials and handling.
UPS is our carrier; providing expedited/surface shipping for domestic/international locations.
Due to the perpetually increasing cost of shipping, please contacting us for up to date estimates.
Returns:
Custom orders cannot be returned.
Items that are modified in any way are considered custom.
All returns must be approved and received before a replacement is issued.
Warranty:
All our products have a 2 year warranty, devices damaged by over voltage are not covered.
Recommended power supplies must be used in any 110-277VAC/line voltage installation.
Fan motor damage due to moisture or improper installation is not covered by warranty.
